Now for the science... Basically the candy goes through a dehydration process where the moisture is sublimated from ice that is created during the "freezing process". A vacuum pump then creates negative pressure around the candy removing that moisture, hence the "drying process". This process can take anywhere from 12-40 hours to fully remove the moisture from the products.

This leaves behind a super flavorful, texture-twisted sweet treat that will surely be addictive.
